central location effective heating modern television simple travel
I found the central location excellent. It was very close to Victoria station, made travel simple. The room had a modern television. The heating system worked effectively.
The front desk was a little slow, but it did not seriously affect my stay.

helpful staff tidy room flexible service
The staff was polite and helpful, always ready to assist with directions. The room was tidy and well kept, so the housekeeping team does a superb job. I appreciated the 24/7 check-in and out service, as it provided flexibility with my travel schedule.
The room lacked storage space. I could have used shelves.

Perfect Location and Clean Rooms!
great location air conditioning easy connections
I found it very close to Victoria Station. The location allowed connections with everything nearby. The room had air conditioning, a great plus! I would certainly return soon, provided I don't have too much luggage.
The room was tiny. This wasn't advertised clearly when I booked. It reminded me of a false advertisement. The bathroom reminded me of an airport toilet

convenient location fresh towels early check small room thin walls kettle absence
The location is really convenient, just a short walk from victoria station. the room was clean upon arrival and had fresh towels. i found the air conditioning worked well. It kept the room cool and comfortable. checking in early was a plus. My room was ready, and i appreciated being able to settle in sooner.
my room was quite small, and there wasn't much space to move around. the walls seemed thin, and i could hear noise from the hallway. i missed having a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee.

i found the hotel staff very helpful. they answered all my questions. the room had effective air conditioning. it was essential . the location was close to victoria station. this made getting around quite easy. i liked that the room was very clean.
the room i stayed in had limited floor space. opening my suitcase was only possible on the bed. i needed the space to get to the bathroom.
